Good communication skills with neutral accent • Good English Written and Listening skills • Willing to work in US shift timings • Net typing speed of 30 words per min & above with an accuracy rate of 90% + • Good knowledge about MS Office tools • Solve complex scope wise problems with little or no supervision from lead • Interact with key stakeholders • Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by our software products • Develop in-depth knowledge of operational processes around the scope of work. • Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues, resolve issues in a timely manner across multiple projects.
