Job Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solutioning for ServiceNow ITOM implementations across enterprise environments* Design and implement ITOM capabilities including: * Discovery * Service Mapping * Event Management * Orchestration / Automation * Cloud / Hybrid Infrastructure visibility * Define scalable and secure platform architecture, integration patterns, MID Server strategy, and environment standards. CMDB & CSDM Leadership * Architect and govern CMDB implementations aligned with CSDM , ensuring correct CI classes, service models, and relationships are maintained for accurate reporting and operational effectiveness. CSDM provides prescriptive guidance on how configuration items and relationships should be structured in the CMDB. * Drive CMDB health initiatives including: * Data model standardization * CI reconciliation * Identification and classification strategy * Data quality and governance * Service ownership mapping * Support transformation from legacy or customer-specific CMDB models into a CSDM-compliant structure .
