Job Description
About the Role: Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Practice. The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions for global clients across manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning. Analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents, solution documents, and process flow diagrams. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with Oracle best practices. Work closely with technical consultants to support integrations, data migration, reports, and customizations. Perform system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions. Support deployment activities, hypercare, and post-production support. Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes. Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users. Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 4–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support projects. Strong understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning processes. Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, and production support. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reports. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience working in Agile project environments. Oracle Fusion SCM Certification is an added advantage.
