About the Role: Oracle is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join its Cloud ERP Consulting practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, and digital transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple industries. As an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, you will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, solution architects, and technical consultants to analyze business requirements, design scalable ERP solutions, and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules. You will participate in the complete project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials with hands-on experience in cloud ERP implementations. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, conducting workshops, and recommending industry best practices that improve financial operations and business efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation initiatives while collaborating with global consulting teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expense Management. Gather business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions and translate them into functional solutions. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), configuration workbooks, and business process documentation. Configure Oracle Fusion applications according to business requirements and Oracle best practices. Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, extensions, reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developments. Participate in data migration, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployment activities. Analyze and resolve functional issues while providing production support within agreed service levels. Support financial closing activities and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Work closely with cross-functional Oracle SCM, HCM, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions. Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the consulting practice. Keep up to date with Oracle Cloud ERP releases and recommend new features that enhance business processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 6–10 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience with a minimum of 3 years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience. Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects. Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles. Experience working in consulting environments with enterprise customers. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle Fusion Financials Certification is preferred.
