Oracle Cloud ERP SCM Solution Architect - Associate Director

Job Description

Lead and own the end-to-end functional architecture and solution design for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, ensuring alignment with business, financial, and transformation objectives. Drive functional delivery across key SCM modules including OM, Shipping, Pricing, Purchasing (PO), Order-to-Cash (OTC), CPQ, and Product Data Hub (PDH). Partner closely with senior business, finance, and executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing SCM solutions. Oversee configuration, integrations, data mappings, UAT cycles, and deployment activities to ensure quality, compliance, and successful business adoption. Establish governance, enablement, and continuous improvement frameworks, including training, change management, and roadmap-driven enhancements. 15+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions for large, complex enterprise environments. Proven leadership of at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations in a lead functional or solution architect role. Deep functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules including OM, Shipping, Pricing, Purchasing (PO), OTC, CPQ, and PDH. Strong experience partnering with Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives. Experience overseeing integrations between Oracle SCM, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or third-party ERP and GL systems. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to client sites as required.
