Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, integration, and delivery of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud / Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle CDM Cloud solutions. • Design CDM solutions covering Customer, Account, Contact, Customer Hierarchies, Duplicate Management, Matching & Merge, and Survivorship. • Define data governance, ownership, data quality rules, and golden-record processes. • Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and bulk-import tools. • Lead data migration activities including data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover. • Configure security, roles, audit, and data-access controls. • Lead requirement workshops and prepare solution designs. • Support testing and deployment activities. • Advise stakeholders on Oracle CDM best practices, solution approaches, and delivery risks. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Required Skills: • Hands-on Oracle CDM Cloud / Fusion Customer Data Management implementation experience. • Strong understanding of customer master data, data quality, and data governance. • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with Import Management, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Data Migration. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent solution-design and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Skills: • Oracle Cloud certification in Sales or CDM. • Experience integrating Oracle CDM with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or other CRM/MDM platforms.
