we are looking for a skilled and driven Officer - ERP Support to ensure seamless functioning of our ERP and HCM systems across the organization.This role is ideal for professionals who excel in application support, team coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departmentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user system issues efficientlyCollaborate with engineering and implementation teams to close support ticketsEnsure adherence to SLAs and manage high-priority system incidentsDocument solutions, collect user feedback, and recommend process improvementsProvide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement What We're Looking For3-4 years of experience in ERP/HCM application supportHands-on experience with ERP or HCM platformsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead or guide support teamsBachelor's degree in any disciplineStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
