Job Description
1. Strategic Sales Leadership Define & execute the national sales strategy aligned with company growth goals. Drive new customer acquisition and manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles. Build, scale, and manage a pan-India sales team (Regional Managers, BDMs, Inside Sales). Develop channel/partner alliances to expand national market reach. 2. Business Development & Enterprise Accounts Prospect, pitch, and close high-value ERP deals in construction, infrastructure, real estate, mining, RMC, crusher, EPC, and allied industries. Manage key enterprise accounts to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell. Conduct consultative selling and position Nway ERP as a transformation partner. 3. Revenue & Market Growth Achieve/exceed quarterly & annual sales targets (ARR/Revenue). Maintain a strong pipeline across multiple regions using CRM and forecasting tools. Strengthen market penetration and competitive differentiation in the ERP domain.
