Job Description

Capgemini is looking for talented freshers and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience for multiple SAP opportunities across different ERP domains. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have completed SAP training, academic projects, internships, or have up to 2 years of practical experience and are looking to build a career in SAP consulting and enterprise application development. Available SAP Areas: • SAP ABAP • SAP MM • SAP SD • SAP FICO • SAP HCM • SAP Basis Key Responsibilities: • Support SAP implementation, development, configuration, testing, and production support activities under the guidance of experienced consultants. • Work on SAP business processes and understand functional and technical requirements. • For SAP ABAP roles, assist with reports, ALV, forms, interfaces, enhancements, debugging, BAPIs, and other ABAP development activities. • For SAP MM roles, support procurement, purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification processes. • For SAP SD roles, support sales order, delivery, shipping, billing, and order-to-cash processes. • For SAP FICO roles, assist with financial accounting and controlling processes including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and internal orders. • For SAP HCM roles, support employee data, organizational management, personnel administration, and related HR processes. • For SAP Basis roles, assist with SAP system monitoring, user administration, transport management, system support, and basic troubleshooting. • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and documentation activities. • Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders. • Assist in analysing production issues and provide support for timely resolution. • Learn SAP best practices, enterprise processes, and project methodologies. • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives where applicable. Candidate Requirements: • 0–2 years of experience in SAP or relevant ERP technologies. • Candidates with SAP training, certification, academic projects, internships, or hands-on exposure are encouraged to apply. • Basic understanding of at least one SAP module is preferred. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn new SAP technologies and business processes. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Candidates should be willing to work from the assigned Capgemini location based on project requirements.
