Job Description
Lead RMS V25 implementation and development across multiple releases. Drive solution design, technical architecture, integration strategy, and delivery planning. Own the technical build for integrations, APIs, and custom batch development. Collaborate with business teams to convert functional requirements into technical designs. Oversee data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cutover readiness. Guide the development team in coding, performance tuning, debugging, and best practices. Manage vendor stakeholders and internal teams to ensure on‑time project delivery. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure quality adherence. Support SIT, UAT, performance testing & production deployment. 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Suites with at least 1+ years in V25. Strong experience in integrations with third‑party systems (POS, WMS, ERP, OMS, e‑commerce). Hands‑on expertise in API development, custom batches, PL/SQL, Oracle DB. Good understanding of RMS modules: Items, Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Costing, etc. Good understanding of functional flows, product behavior, retail processes. Experience in performance tuning & production issue resolution.
