MANAGER - FINANCE, MIS, ERP & BUSINESS STRATEGY

Job Description

Lead the preparation and analysis of Management Information System (MIS) reports for executive decision-making. Develop business dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks. Analyze profitability, business performance, and growth opportunities across the Group. Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business expansion initiatives. Prepare business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for new projects. Provide management with actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Monitor key business metrics and recommend performance improvement strategies. Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders. Support strategic partnerships, investments, and corporate growth initiatives. Lead the development and enhancement of reporting systems within Odoo ERP. Drive ERP optimization initiatives to improve business visibility and operational efficiency. Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation across finance, reporting, and business processes. Identify opportunities to automate accounting, reporting, forecasting, workflow management, and data analysis. Work closely with management to implement digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team.
