Job Description
Support the expansion and deployment of predictive analytics and advanced diagnostic tools for machinery performance evaluation and early warning detection, with a particular focus on subsea pump monitoring and performance analysis. Subsea equipment monitoring includes subsea pumps and support systems, including HPUs and control systems. This requires interfacing with the Deepwater Support Center and the Subsea Operations Team. Identifying and reporting subsea equipment anomalies promptly to the subsea operations team. Maintaining and updating the equipment performance monitoring tool and integrating any new subsea pump systems installed into the tool. Engage closely with deepwater engineering and operations teams to support equipment troubleshooting, identify long-term performance trends, and detect early signs of degradation or abnormal operation. Perform equipment health assessments and provide data-driven optimization and reliability improvement recommendations. Review, and analyse lubricating oil sample reports, assess machinery condition, develop trend analyses, and proactively notify the region of abnormal conditions or emerging risks. Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for benchmarking critical rotating equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency metrics across the region. Assist in the development of equipment history briefs following major maintenance or repair activities, ensuring lessons learned and performance impacts are clearly documented.
