Lead I - Enterprise Solutions(SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM))

Job Description

11+ years of SAP experience with: o Strong background in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM) o Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP preferred) Payroll Expertise Expertise in: o US Payroll (mandatory) and Mexico, Canadian Payroll( Preffered) o Payroll configuration (schemas, rules) o Compliance and statutory regulations SuccessFactors Experience in multiple SF modules, with at least Employee Central mandatory Experience in SF implementations, Support, migrations, and global rollouts Technical & Integration Strong experience with: o SAP BTP / CPI integrations o Hybrid architecture (ECC/S4 + SF) o APIs and middleware solutions Leadership Experience working with U.S. clients Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams
