Lead HCM Analyst

Job Description

7+ Yrs. of Oracle implementation experience with a minimum of 3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or rollouts. A strong understanding of best practices across a range of the business processes, cross-pillar dependencies and related application implementation design and configuration options within large scale multi-application implementation and business transformation programs. Have good functional knowledge about the HCM Recruitment and Talent Management Module along with Core HR & Compensation Ability to demonstrate Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionalities to business users Technical experience of integration with upstream & Downstream systems Experience with designing solution, doing fit gap analysis, configuring, or doing setups in different HCM module and drafting and reviewing TFS documents. Awareness and understanding of the capabilities across a wide range of Oracle applications and platform components, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, Integration. Technical experience of integration with downstream reporting systems Experience in Consulting and exposure to digital transformation engagements is preferable. Experience in Health Care Industry will be a plus. Be able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the team Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally Bachelor's/Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
