Lead ERP Analyst

Job Description

A strong understanding of best practices across a range of the business processes, cross-pillar dependencies and related application implementation design and configuration options within large scale multi-application implementation and business transformation programs. Oracle SCM Cloud/Fusion experience in Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing, Contracts, Planning with good understanding of integration with AP and 3rd party systems. Ability to demonstrate Oracle Cloud SCM features and functionalities to business users Technical experience of integration with upstream systems including EDI vendors, GHX. POU systems. Experience with designing solution, doing fit gap analysis, configuring, or doing setups in different SCM module and drafting and reviewing TFS documents. Awareness and understanding of the capabilities across a wide range of Oracle applications and platform components, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, Integration. Technical experience of integration with downstream reporting systems Experience in Consulting and exposure to digital transformation engagements is preferable. Experience in Health Care Industry will be a plus. Be able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the team Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally Bachelor's/Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
