Junior ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description

Requirement Gathering: Interface with business users to document current (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) workflows within the ERP ecosystem. ● System Configuration: Execute functional setups and configurations within ERP modules based on validated business requirements. ● Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between standard ERP functionality and business needs, recommending solutions that prioritize standard features over heavy customization. ● Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system behavior. ● Documentation: Maintain essential project artifacts, including functional design specifications and configuration workbooks. Technical & Cloud Integration ● Database Operations (SQL): Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data, troubleshoot application errors, and validate backend configurations. ● Logic Development: Utilize Stored Procedures and basic PL/SQL logic to support data transformations, custom validations, and interface development. ● Cloud Maintenance: Apply Cloud Basics to navigate cloud consoles, manage environment settings, and understand the architecture of SaaS/PaaS ERP deployments. ● Data Migration: Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy data into the ERP system, ensuring high levels of data integrity. Required Skills and Experience ● Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in ERP functional consulting, support, or implementation. ● ERP Domain Knowledge: Proven functional understanding of core business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or SCM in any major ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
