Infor ERP Technical Consultant

Job Description

Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and support of Infor ERP solutions, including Infor M3, LN, and other Infor applications. · Analyze business requirements and collaborate with functional consultants and customers to design and deliver technical solutions. · Develop, customize, and support ERP extensions, interfaces, and integrations. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP applications, integrations, and custom developments. · Support system upgrades, testing activities, deployments, and production support. Integration & Automation · Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Infor ION, Web Services, REST APIs, and other middleware technologies. · Configure and support business workflows, process automation, and document flows within the Infor ecosystem. · Assist in identifying opportunities to automate business processes using Infor Velocity, RPA, AI, and workflow technologies. · Participate in proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives focused on digital transformation and operational efficiency
