Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter Analyze, classify and resolve incidents, errors and performance issues Support, maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes Create guidelines, best practices and technical documentation Support system updates, upgrades and global rollouts Support with customization and administration of Siemens NX and Teamcenter Train and support end users Contribute to global digitalization and standardization initiatives Ensure consistent templates and data management across all locations Profile & Requirements Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modeling, drafting, assemblies) Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management, workflows) Familiarity with CAM process is a plus Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage Analytical and structured way of working Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for international collaboration Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus A key position with significant influence across our global engineering organization A modern CAD/PLM system landscape (NX, Teamcenter, integrated with ERP/MES) International collaboration in an innovative, fast-growing company Flexible working hours and remote work options Extensive training and development opportunities Attractive compensation package based on qualifications and experience
