Builds MES strategy and defines features in line with operational goals and compliance standards . • Owns the MES product vision, strategy, and roadmap to manufacturing, quality, and broader supply chain teams . • Ensure s MES scalability , dee p inte gration with but not limited to ERP, PLM, and shop -floor systems and regulatory compliance. • Develop business cases for investment , publishe s and tracks value realization . • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for MES projects. • Monitor MES performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement. • Engage with vendors and m onitor industry trends for solution upgrades to enhance MES capabilities .
