Job Description

Portuguese advanced or business conversational 1–4 years of experience in financial accounting, RTR/controllership, or related finance operations (shared services/global process exposure preferred) Working knowledge of period end close: journal processing, accruals/cutoffs, reconciliations, and flux support Awareness of accounting policy fundamentals (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP concepts) and documentation standards Proficiency with ERP and reconciliation tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine or similar) and strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots) Understanding of internal controls, audit readiness, and disciplined workpaper preparation Analytical problem-solver with high attention to detail and dependable time management across recurring deadlines Clear written and verbal communication for workpaper narratives and exception reporting; continuous improvement mindset
