Job Description

Help lead and manage project ETL assignments across multiple projects and multiple ETL developers, both onshore and offshore Design, develop, and test ETL processes per project Business Decision Documents (BDD’s), following the development standards and best practices Work directly with ERP SME’s and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications, data definitions, transformation logic, data flows and ETL processes Work with data architects and BI developers to architect ETL solutions that meet the business needs Participate in code peer reviews with peers and support teams to ensure ETL applications and code process comply with Gates best practices Working closely with other onshore and offshore project developers to collaborate on ETL solutions assist and mentor junior offshore developers as needed
