Job Description
Key Responsibilities Process Redesign: Audit existing payroll and benefits workflows to identify bottlenecks; design and implement "future-state" processes to resolve global integration issues. Vendor Integration Management: Act as the primary liaison between payroll vendors, developers, and business users to ensure data flows (Inbound/Outbound) are accurate and timely. Documentation & Strategy: Author comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), end-to-end test plans, and rigorous test scripts for multi-country rollouts. Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with the development team to evaluate technical builds. You must be able to "speak the language" of developers to troubleshoot Application Engines and SQR logic. System Configuration: Manage complex configurations within PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits modules to meet diverse regional requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, specifically focusing on Global Payroll and Benefits. Technical Proficiency: * Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Functional understanding of PeopleSoft technical architecture (Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker). Integration Expertise: Proven track record of managing integrations between PeopleSoft and 3rd-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Alight, or local regional providers). Testing Rigor: Expert-level ability to build and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans and regression testing in a global environment. Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language for regional users.
