Job Description
Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure • Work closely with the VP of Sales to plan and execute sales strategies • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Key Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in ERP/SaaS/B2B sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Experience in handling client interactions and product demonstrations • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Immediate joiners preferred
