ERP Implementation Executive (MBA Finance)

Job Description

Analyze customer requirements and business processes Lead and support ERP implementation projects Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and project documentation Create workflow diagrams and process mappings Manage data migration and system setup activities Coordinate customization requests with the development team Perform testing and quality assurance of implemented solutions Conduct user training and support go-live activities Provide post-implementation support and manage change requests Facilitate project handover to the support team Good understanding of accounting and taxation concepts Strong knowledge of business processes and workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions Willingness to travel when required
