Job Description

. ERP Implementation & Process Mapping • Requirement gathering, process mapping, and defining ERP configurations. • Configure ERP modules: Finance, HR, Projects, Inventory, Procurement, etc. • Conduct UAT sessions, validations, and system testing. • Provide end-user training and functional documentation. 2. Deployment & Client Coordination • Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations. • Lead go-live and provide post-implementation support. • Ensure project timelines are met and maintain client satisfaction. • Proactively escalate and resolve critical issues. 3. Reporting & Product Improvement • Document client insights and recommend product improvements. • Travel across India for ERP deployment (international travel when required).
