Leading the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions across finance, operations, and supply chain functions Managing client engagements by developing strategic plans and overseeing project execution to meet client expectations Guiding teams in customizing and developing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to address unique business needs Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform to transform clients' technology landscapes Overseeing data integration and system interoperability to enhance business performance and continuity Promoting continuous process improvement and delivery excellence within project teams Analyzing and addressing complex business issues using critical thinking and strategic questioning Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and deliver quality results Building and maintaining strong client relationships to identify and address technology challenges Confirming data integrity and compliance within ERP frameworks and processes
