ERP Functional Consultant (Trainee)

Job Description

- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules at client sites. - Coordinate with clients and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Gather business requirements and support functional analysis activities. - Prepare project documentation, user manuals, process flows, and implementation reports. - Support ERP deployment, testing, and user acceptance activities. - Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. - Perform daily activity reporting according to project plans and schedules. - Escalate issues and risks to project leads when necessary. - Ensure adherence to implementation standards and best practices. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business processes. - Understanding of modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, or Manufacturing is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong documentation and reporting skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Good organizational and time-management skills.
