ERP Financial Systems Training & Support Specialist

Job Description

Training & User Enablement Develop and deliver role‑based ERP training for financial system users. Create and maintain training materials (user guides, SOPs, quick reference guides). Conduct classroom, virtual, and one‑on‑one training sessions. Support onboarding of new users and refresher training for existing users. Functional Support Provide support for ERP & PeopleSoft Financial modules. Assist users with daily transactions and system navigation. Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution. Log, track, and manage support tickets; escalate when necessary. ERP Financial Modules (one or more) General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Requisitions Purchasing / Procurement Contracts Expenses / Travel Budgeting / Commitment Control Asset Management Grants Management Inventory Documentation & Compliance Document business processes and system workflows. Maintain knowledge base and training repositories. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audit requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
