ERP Dev Business Analyst

Job Description

Experience analyzing and documenting business processes in an ERP context, ideally within manufacturing environments (discrete, process, mixed-mode, engineer-to-order, or project-based). Working knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline or a comparable manufacturing ERP (e.g., Infor LN, Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Epicor Kinetic, IFS, QAD). Familiarity with core manufacturing ERP domains such as BOM/routing, MRP and APS-based planning and scheduling, shop floor execution, production costing, inventory, procurement, customer order management, and financial integration. Experience gathering and interpreting customer and market data, including participating in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement reviews with technical and business stakeholders. Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce PRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can act on without ambiguity. Experience organizing and contributing to customer-facing or internal requirement presentations, design reviews, and cross-functional working sessions. Comfort working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model alongside globally distributed development, QA, and product management teams.
