ERP Consultant - Fresher

Job Description

1. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and project-related documentation. 2. Understand business processes and coordinate with internal project teams to gather and analyze requirements. 3. Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare scope, gap-fit, and in-scope/out-of-scope documents. 4. Extract, analyze, and validate master data and system configurations from existing ERP systems. 5. Map and migrate business processes from NAV 2016 to D365 Business Central. 6. Coordinate with technical teams for reports, customizations, data migration, and development activities. 7. Support add-on implementation and act as a functional consultant throughout the project lifecycle. 8. Prepare and maintain project plans, status updates, and implementation documentation. 9. Create UAT documents, execute module-wise testing, and validate system functionality. 10. Provide process improvement recommendations and enhancement suggestions to clients and development teams. Other requirements 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Good understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows. 3. Knowledge of general accounting principles, indian taxation, financial statements, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliation, fixed assets, budgeting, and forecasting. 4. Understanding of procurement, material management, production, warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes. 5. Willingness to travel as required for project and client engagements. 6. Male candidates preferred. 11. Deliver user training, process presentations, and knowledge transfer sessions across departments. 12. Prepare detailed functional documentation with screenshots, scenarios, and use cases for development and internal reference. 13. Manage master data uploads, validation, and testing activities in Sandbox and UAT environments. 14. Support reporting, test data preparation, and end-to-end implementation activities to ensure smooth project execution.
