Job Description

Perform testing of business applications and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the business community. Manage user administration for ERP LN, SAP B1, Expense Claim software, and other IT-supported business applications. Handle technical data uploads, such as items and price lists, in ERP or other applications, following established processes or addressing ad-hoc needs. Generate and provide reports from various data sources including ERPs, data warehouses, and internal consumption applications to management. Maintain and develop application documentation, including current state (AS IS) and future state (TO BE) based on business processes. Create and maintain BP scenario test cases and document results. Monitor, triage, and report on the ISILOG Queue for effective issue management. Administer user creation and deletion processes. Perform routine system maintenance activities to ensure smooth application operations.
