Environment Sustainability PMO & Engagement Lead

Job Description

Lead the product decarbonization work-stream to deliver 2030 and 2040 emissions reduction targets of Novartis through environmental life-cycle assessments, engagement with suppliers to drive actions Drive sustainable sourcing initiatives across Operations to reduce environmental impact across the value chain Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify solutions and manage their implementation of such programs end to end Prepare key updates and strategic deliverables for Operations Leadership team Help communicate strategic priorities, performance updates, and key highlights to Operations associates and stakeholders. Lead operational excellence initiatives and projects, including standardization, automation, digital/AI enablement, and continuous improvement. Support training and communication activities that build environmental sustainability knowledge and skills across teams Organize and facilitate governance forums and leadership workshops to support effective decision-making and execution.
