Enterprise Architect (Banking Domain)

Job Description

Define, design, and govern enterprise?wide architecture spanning applications, data, cloud, integration, and security. Lead architecture strategy for core banking, lending, payments, digital channels, regulatory & compliance systems, etc. Drive modernization initiatives including Microservices, API?first design, Cloud?Native architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP), event?driven systems, and distributed architectures. Provide architectural leadership for large programs across multiple LOBs; ensure alignment with business goals and technology roadmap. Evaluate, design, and integrate GenAI?led solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows) into enterprise ecosystems. Guide engineering teams on best practices, reference architectures, reusable patterns, performance engineering, and non?functional requirements. Support technical due diligence, platform assessments, solution reviews, and technology selection. Collaborate closely with CXOs, domain SMEs, product teams, cybersecurity, enterprise governance, and delivery leadership. Mentor and develop senior architects, solution leads, and engineering teams. Govern architecture reviews, risk identification, cost optimization, and security posture improvements. Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman or equivalent). Microservices, API gateways, event?driven patterns, domain?driven design. Cloud?native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). GenAI & Advanced Engineering (Benchmarked against internal GenAI Architect criteria from JD_Gen AI Architect ) Experience implementing agentic AI systems, LLMOps, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases. Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI. Ability to integrate GenAI into enterprise workflows responsibly & securely.
