Business-IT Translation: Act as a bridge between FIN/ESS and IT, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the Workday platform. Finance Roadmap Oversight: Drive the evolution of the finance roadmap in collaboration with FIN and ESS leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of initiatives within your assigned area primarily core financial modules. Solution Delivery: Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality Workday solutions, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and in-budget execution in partnership with IT and external vendors. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with FIN and ESS stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with progress, timely communication, and effective management of expectations across all Workday-related initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices to optimize the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday ecosystem.
