Data Analytics & Reporting Consultant

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. IT Infrastructure knowledge mandatory. Hands-on experience with AI tools and techniques for automating reporting and data analysis. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases. Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation. Experience with ETL processes or managing data pipelines. Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or financial systems such as Salesforce or SAP. Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. ITIL and ITSM knowledge is an advantage. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
