D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description

Provide functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules Work closely with global stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and create functional specifications Handle L2/L3 support as part of Managed Services delivery Configure and customize Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting Troubleshoot finance-related issues and provide timely resolution Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and enhancements Prepare test cases, conduct UAT, and support deployment activities Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high-quality service delivery Communicate effectively with onshore/offshore teams, business users, and leadership 8+ years of experience as a D365 Finance Consultant Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Mandatory experience in Managed Services / Support projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must) In-depth knowledge of core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) Hands-on experience with integrations, workflow configurations, and financial reporting tools Ability to work in rotational shifts Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in finance processes
