The candidate will provide technical and functional support, ensuring a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and support portals. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide solutions. Assist customers with software implementation and configuration. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Conduct user training sessions when required. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.
