Job Description

• 5–8 years of experience in renewals, subscription commercial management, account management, inside sales, customer retention or related SaaS/software commercial roles. • Proven experience managing customer-facing commercial discussions and contract renewals. • Strong understanding of subscription business models, recurring revenue management and customer retention strategies. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong forecasting, pipeline management and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer and internal stakeholders. •As a Senior Customer Renewal Executive, you will play a key role in protecting and growing SAP’s recurring revenue business across the Corporate and volume segment. • Own and manage customer renewal opportunities from early engagement through contract closure. • Partner with customers, Sales, Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to develop and execute renewal strategies that maximize retention and customer outcomes. • Lead commercial renewal discussions, including pricing, contract alignment, multi-year opportunities and other retention-focused scenarios. • Proactively identify renewal risks and drive mitigation actions to improve renewal rates and reduce churn. • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline visibility and risk reporting to support business planning and decision-making. • Manage a high-volume portfolio while balancing customer experience, commercial outcomes and operational excellence. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Commercial Operations and Virtual Account Teams to drive timely and successful renewals. • Contribute to scalable renewal excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, predictability and customer retention.
