Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability and performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). - Experience with Oracle EBS modules and integration techniques. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and reporting. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
