The CRM Development & Implementation Specialist will design, customize, and implement CRM solutions for the Real Estate ERP module within Nway ERP. • This role involves requirement gathering, CRM workflow configuration, integration with ERP modules, user training, and end-to-end implementation delivery. • Core responsibilities include: • * Designing CRM modules tailored to real estate workflows Managing leads follow-ups bookings payments • handover cycles • Building automation flows, reports & dashboards • Ensuring smooth deployment and post-go-live support • The ideal candidate must have strong CRM development experience and hands-on Real Estate ERP exposure.
