Job Description
• Support configuration, testing, and optimisation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications • Support CRM adoption through onboarding, training, and user support • Ensure high data quality and enable a 360° view of customer data • Conduct UAT, manage bug reporting, and coordinate issue resolution You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and external partners in a Scrum-based setup. Collaborative and structured professional with customer focus You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. You approach tasks with a structured mindset and communicate clearly across teams and cultures. You enjoy contributing to shared goals and support colleagues in creating a positive and inclusive environment. You are comfortable with process improvements and interested in improving processes and systems that support customer-related activities. You also have: • Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field • 5–10 years of experience with CRM systems in a B2B environment • Practical experience with SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Experience in CRM roll-out, user adoption, and UAT/bug resolution • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
