Assistant Manager - Digital Strategy: Anaplan Solution Architect

Job Description

1. Solution Design & Architecture Design end-to-end Anaplan solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices Define model architecture, data integrations, security framework, and scalability considerations Ensure adherence to Anaplan DISCO methodology (Data, Input, System, Calculation, Output) 2. Model Development & Optimization Guide and review model building activities Ensure models are optimized for performance, usability, and maintainability Conduct model audits and implement performance tuning 3. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR) to understand requirements Translate functional requirements into technical solutions Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations 4. Integration & Data Management Design and oversee integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), data warehouses, and other systems Work with ETL tools and APIs for data ingestion and export Ensure data integrity, governance, and reconciliation 5. Governance & Best Practices Establish model governance, version control, and deployment processes Ensure compliance with Anaplan best practices and standards Mentor model builders and junior team members 6. Testing & Deployment Define testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT) Support deployment and production rollouts Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production 7. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Stay updated with new Anaplan features and platform enhancements
