Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues. - Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Experience with data management and governance processes within enterprise systems. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies. - Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users. - Familiarity with software troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
