Job Description

APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending and implementing improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. Designs, configures, tests, deploys and supports large and complex application changes and fixes in accordance with established standards and practices. COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users stakeholders and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs. APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers & vendors in multi-functional global teams, including business partners to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices. INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests, driving timely resolution within agreed processes, balancing delivery speed with quality and stability.
