Job Description

As part of the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, Application Consultant Associates will: Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios Requirements & Solution Design: Gather business requirements and configure SAP solutions aligned to business processes Implementation & Testing: Lead system setup, deployment, and testing to ensure quality and functionality Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements Stakeholder & Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, support project delivery, and drive adoption through training and guidance Expectations and Tasks: Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning Ensure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence
