Job Description
Role Context & Purpose As SAP accelerates a more focused, standardized, and scalable RISE with SAP go-to-market across APAC, we are establishing a Regional Cross-Functional ASE Blackbelt Team. This team operates above individual Market Units, serving as the center of expertise, knowledge, design to scale best-practice RISE business GTM and Deal motions across APAC. The Regional Blackbelt ASEs reporting into the APAC CRO will own and drive the 5Ps as 1 team. Different members are expected to provide support across Products, Processes, Pricing, Programs, and Practice (Playbooks & Enablement) ensuring consistent execution, faster deal velocity, higher win rates, and lower risk across complex, multi-LOB pursuits. Each Blackbelt brings and wons deep specialization within the cross functional team (e.g., product & pricing, commercial strategy, GTM programs, methodology & enablement) while operating as part of a senior, trusted regional RISE leadership bench supporting Market Units at scale. Serve as part of the APAC Regional Blackbelt ASE team with focus on Cloud ERP Private depth and deal advisory, jointly owning and governing the 5Psframework: Products – RISE & Business Suite positioning, packaging, roadmap alignment, deep Cloud ERP Private advisory Processes – standardized GTM motions, deal orchestration, execution discipline Pricing – RISE commercial constructs, value-based pricing, deal guardrails Field Leadership and Deal Engagements – Lead complex solution construct, provide objections handling and negotiation support against On-Prem, BYOL scenarios Field Enablement and Deal Clinics – provide advisory and hands on support to difficult deals, orchestrate Fit2Suite and RISE Methodology Knowledge Expert and Coach for Cloud ERP Private and RISE Methodology
