Job Description

Support Coupa implementation activities across requirements gathering, configuration assistance, testing, and deployment. · Participate in discovery sessions and document business requirements, process steps, and functional gaps. · Assist in configuring Coupa modules (P2P, SIM, Sourcing, Invoicing, Approvals) under the guidance of senior team members. · Provide day‑to‑day functional support to Coupa users, help troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex items as needed. · Execute SIT and UAT test cases, validate expected results, log defects, and support resolution activities. · Support supplier enablement tasks, catalog management, vendor data updates, and form configuration maintenance. · Assist with integration validations by checking data transfers between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA). · Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and configuration logs. · Track new Coupa features and help assess potential enhancements or process improvements. · Collaborate with consultants, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing operations.
