Job Description
✅ AMS Support & Incident Management Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SD module Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within SLA timelines Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes Ensure business continuity for critical automotive operations ✅ Automotive Process Support Support automotive‑specific SD processes, including: Scheduling Agreements (JIT / JIS scenarios) High‑volume order processing Customer‑specific contracts & pricing Ensure smooth execution of OEM and Tier‑1 supply chain processes ✅ EDI / IDoc & Interface Support Monitor and resolve EDI / IDoc issues (ORDERS, DELFOR, DESADV, INVOIC) Coordinate with middleware teams (PI/PO, CPI, third‑party EDI tools) Ensure uninterrupted data exchange with OEM systems ✅ Enhancements & Change Requests Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) Coordinate with ABAP team for development and testing Support transport management and release cycles ✅ Client & Stakeholder Management Act as functional SPOC for SAP SD AMS support Engage with global automotive clients (US / EU / APAC) Participate in SLA reviews, governance calls, and reporting ✅ Testing & Documentation Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support Maintain SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge base Ensure audit‑ready documentation and compliance ✅ Integration Management Handle SD integration with: MM (availability check, procurement linkage) PP (demand planning & production alignment) WM/EWM (picking, packing, shipping) FI (billing, revenue posting, credit management)🔧 SAP SD Analyst Functional Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, PGI Billing, Returns, Credit/Debit notes Strong Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) expertise 🔧 Automotive Domain (Mandatory) Experience with Tier‑1 automotive suppliers / OEM clients Knowledge of: Scheduling Agreements (JIT / JIS) High‑volume transaction environments Automotive supply chain processes 🔧 EDI / Integration Expertise Strong experience with: IDocs (ORDERS, DELFOR, DESADV, INVOIC) EDI monitoring and troubleshooting Exposure to SAP PI/PO or CPI preferred 🔧 AMS / Support 2–4 years in AMS / production support Experience in ITIL & SLA‑driven delivery models Hands‑on with ServiceNow / Remedy / JIRA 🔹 Preferred Skills (Zensar Focus) Exposure to S/4HANA SD support Experience working in global delivery model Basic knowledge of Output Management (BRF+, Adobe Forms) SAP SD Certification (good to have) 🔹 Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent client communication & coordination Ability to work under high‑pressure AMS environments Good documentation and reporting discipline 🔹 Key Deliverables (Zensar Expectations) ≥95% SLA & KPI adherence Quick resolution of EDI/IDoc failures Minimal disruption to production-critical automotive processes High CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) Audit‑ready documentation
