Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled EDP / ERP & IT Incharge to oversee the organization's ERP system, IT infrastructure, and data management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide ERP support, and contribute to the digital efficiency of manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the company's ERP system, ensuring seamless business operations. Handle ERP user management, data maintenance, troubleshooting, and report generation. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, printers, and security systems. Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for ERP and IT-related requirements. Provide technical support and training to employees on ERP and IT applications. Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system reliability. Assist departments in process automation and system improvements. Monitor hardware and software performance and recommend upgrades when required. Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and inventory records. Support ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects.
